Life rarely goes the way we think it will.

Sometimes it’s amazing and beautiful and full of so much joy and happiness, and other times it’s absolutely devastating.

The funny thing is, there’s no escaping it. We all go through all of it, at one point or another.

There are no ‘get out of jail free’ cards in life.

No matter how much you try to avoid the hard stuff, the sad stuff, the stuff that makes you feel uncomfortable and out of control, it will come.

The question is, how will you meet it?

Will you shut down and give up? Will you lose all hope and will to live?

Or will you surrender to what life is trying to show you and allow it to break you open?
