From where you’re sitting right now, it might not feel like everything’s going to be okay.

Like me, you might be experiencing some type of major upset in your life right now. Maybe a loss of some kind, heartbreak, an illness, financial troubles, etc.

Any one of these struggles can be overwhelming and paralyzing. Sometimes you just feel completely frozen, like someone has pushed the pause button on your life, and you’re no longer sure how to move forward.

If that’s you right now, you’re not alone.

I’ve been in this limbo land for about six months now.

I remember the exact date my whole world changed.

Ever since that day, I’ve felt a bit like a child who’s gotten lost in the woods. I don’t know where I am. Nothing seems familiar. I have no idea which direction to head in, because I’m not even sure where I’m going.

As a result, everything just seems scary and daunting.

In a state like this, even the smallest decisions become obstacles in your path, and it becomes very easy to stop accomplishing anything at all.
