I love meditation.

Over the past few years, I’ve learned more about it and grown to appreciate its effects on my body and mind by immersing myself in it in different ways. I’ve done retreats, used apps like Calm, taken advantage of free series like Unwind Your Mind by Headspace on Netflix. I’ve read articles and books. Even yoga is a form of meditation, and I also enjoy that.

I’ve had the Calm app on my phone for the last couple of years, but only recently did I start exploring it more. That’s when I realized there’s actually a whole universe of content contained within it that I’d been paying zero attention to!

If you’re like me, and you downloaded Calm for meditation purposes, do yourself a favour and look further. There’s all kinds of useful features and great content besides the meditation sessions. There are courses, check-ins, series, sleep stories, albums, songs, short breathing exercises, and much more.

More than anything, though, the three features below have made a world of difference to me, and I know for a fact that I’ll be using them more in the future.

Let’s get into it!
